Donkey Kong Country Returns Wii

Donkey Kong Country Returns is a challenging 2D platformer for the Wii (2010) that was later ported to the 3DS and remastered for the Switch as Donkey Kong Country Returns HD (2025). Developed by Retro Studios, the game tasks Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong with reclaiming their stolen banana hoard from the Tiki Tak Tribe, featuring classic side-scrolling action with modern graphics, new control options (including optional motion controls on Wii), and co-op play. The HD remaster for Switch includes updated visuals, faster loading, and new features like Turbo Attack, while offering an optional "Modern Mode" for an easier experience.
