Returns and Refunds-
New Items Returns,
New Items are guaranteed to work, any malfunction with new product would be customers responsibility to disclose with manufacturer. ZentacyCollectibles is not responsible for New items malfunctions, especially under circumstances of Sealed and unopened products. We will guarantee any open box or returned, like new item for, We go through product and verify is functional properties. We will disclose any defects on these like new or open box items. It would be the purchasers responsibility to verify, determine, research, contact us, and make correct decisions when purchasing item. A minimum 10% Restocking Fee will apply to any item returned. If New and Sealed items have been opened before return, a restock fee of 25% will be added, only one restocking fee will, and can be applied to a return. Certain circumstances can waive this fee. Zentacy Collectibles is not responsible for return shipping on New Products. It is the purchasers responsibility to pay for return shipping on a New Product. New Products were guaranteed to be of New Condition when sold, if returned we appreciate the new item being returned as it was sent. We understand shipping can damage items, under certain circumstances we will waive return stock fees, we also strive to give quality Packaging and shipping experiences so your items come in the way they left our facility! We will always inform the customer/purchasers of any discrepancies with items, and allocate Refunds and credits accordingly. All New Item Returns have a 14 Day Return Window, please contact us and document any information regarding the return and why. In most cases we will not accept returns on New Products because of accidental purchase. Our mission behind that is because as a Collectibles Store, Collectors appreciate quality.
-Pre-Owned, Used, Open Box Returns, and Refunds-
All Pre-Owned, Used, or Open Box items. Will be guaranteed for 21 Days! The only way we dont guarantee is:
•Item is now broken, cracked, or damaged, for we will not sell broken and non working items, unless discrepancies were all mentioned before purchase, on specific item.
• Item must be returned with receipt, no receipt, no return.
• Item Must be returned within alloted timeliness, 14 business days. Mon_Fri are business days.
Under certain conditions with Pre-Owned, Used or Open Box like new products, a 10% Restocking Fee may occur. Mainly on higher priced items, such as consoles, cameras, tvs, and orders over 200$. This is very important in understanding the return and refund policy for Pre-Owned used or open box like new items
Refund Policy and Procedure:
Customer is responsible for return shipping. Unless items were ZentacyCollectibles at fault, then we will handle all return fees. Refunds will be issued within 3 Days of returned item. Depending on your bank or type of return/refund, Refunds may take longer to reach your bank. Our Team will inspect and make determination of returned items for policy acceptance. We will inform customer/purchasers of returned item, any restocking fee, and any discrepancies with return and or refund. Please be advised of the 10% Restocking Fee. 10% Minimum of items amount will be used in restocking. Please communicate with us so we can always get the right return and refund experiences.
